In 2023, Brooke-Sidney served as embedded Product and Marketing Counsel at Meta, Reality Labs, supporting the AR Smartglasses product line through its commercial launch. In that role, she partnered with product, commercial, privacy, regulatory, trademark, and policy teams; reviewed and cleared advertising and marketing assets; led FTC substantiation of product claims; negotiated multimillion-dollar international marketing and distribution agreements; and drafted legal guidance playbooks for Generative AI and Augmented Reality product areas.
Prior to building her firm, Brooke-Sidney served as an Honors Attorney and Attorney-Adviser at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Regional Counsel, where she advised on regulatory compliance across multiple federal environmental statutes and served as Region 9 enforcement representative. Before practicing law, she spent over a decade in marketing, media, and journalism, with roles at the Wall Street Journal, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Virilion (formerly Mindshare Interactive), and CNBC's "The Kudlow Report." She covered the 2008 Democratic National Convention and presidential election, received the Carnegie & Knight News21 Fellowship, and remains a contributing writer for the Huffington Post.
