Brooke-Sidney J. Harbour is a licensed attorney based in Manhattan Beach, California, and the principal of The Law Offices of Brooke-Sidney J. Harbour. Her main areas of practice include publishing and entertainment law, intellectual property, business law, real estate and environmental law. Her clients consist of writers, artists and photographers, digital content publishers, as well as small businesses and startups. Her work in journalism and media inspired her special interest in protecting the content and rights of journalists, writers, and artists.

Prior to starting her own law firm, Brooke-Sidney worked as an Honors Attorney and Attorney-Adviser for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA).

Before embarking on a law practice, Brooke-Sidney had an extensive career in marketing and media. She spent a decade in various marketing and media management positions with companies like Wall Street Journal, Dickstein Shapiro LLC, and Mindshare (now Virilion). As a journalist and media specialist, Brooke-Sidney covered the Democratic National Convention and 2008 presidential election, wrote for the Huffington Post, worked at CNBC, created a media & culture site called Caramelbella.com, and was a television anchor and radio host for various public access channels. Brooke-Sidney also received the prestigious Carnegie & Knight News 21 Fellowship. She is still a contributing writer for Huffington Post.

Brooke-Sidney attended the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she received a degree in Law (Juris Doctor). She served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review (ELR) that has established a reputation as the authoritative source of professional and scholarly articles on entertainment, sports, communications, and intellectual property law. She was responsible for publishing several volumes, coordinating entertainment and sports law related symposiums, and managed a large staff of editors.  Prior to her time at Loyola, Brooke-Sidney matriculated at the University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, where she graduated magna cum laude with a master’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. She was also selected as an Annenberg Dean’s Scholar and received a full academic scholarship. Before attending USC, Brooke-Sidney matriculated at Duke University where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor degree in both Political Science and Women’s Studies, as well as a certificate in Markets & Management.

In addition to her legal practice, Brooke-Sidney is the founder of Brooke-Sidney LLC and the creator of the MindSoulful™ movement. Brooke-Sidney provides spiritual wellness coaching, speaking, and training services through her proprietary soulful mindfulness, mindset, and manifestation process, known as MindSoulfulness™. Her training services include teaching yoga (200-RYT), mindfulness, breathing techniques, and more to kids and adults. She is also the host of The MindSoulful Show available on audio (podcast) and video.

She is also the creator of the Mama Love Planner™, which is now in its fifth year. It is the only planner designed with the spiritual, mental, and physical well-being of mamas in mind. It helps mamas and mamas-to-be tackle their busy lives while carving out time for much-needed daily and monthly self-care.
